Over Thinking is the Reason for Anxiety!!!


 

Today Everyone is upset inside them have insomnia(not able to sleep) , get angry easily , have irritable nature , mood swings. But why? what's the main reason...The reason is OVERTHINKING.

As we Know, we overthink when we are free, we think a lot , when we overthink we create thoughts its either positive or negative or both. But when we overthink we always think negative and gets anxiety and worry for it. Because we are like water In the mold that molds us, we become like that so, when we thought about something bad we become like that and ruin our day.

''Overthinking is Infinite like Stars"



We create our own world inside our mind by thinking more and more , we know we don't want to think and stop but we don't we gets over and over again to infinity just like counting stars in the Universe .
Nothing can stop us until we don't stop ourselves.

"we cant stop thinking but we can change the form of thinking to negative to positive"

Now, How Overthinking is behind Anxiety?

We Know that, we worry about everything like career, health, wealth, study etc. so when we think about that we think very deep and create various situations in our mind for failure, why we always give up to the things, why we are so weak and more. These types of thinking causes anxiety in our mind which is not good for us. Many people take medications for depression and anxiety but these things are not weaken us if we take precautions like....

How to not Overthink?
  1. Get Busy always , Because when we are doing work or any stuff we have no time to overthink, so that it can help you.
  2. Exercise everyday, Because Physical activities plays important role in our life.
  3. Practice Yoga and Meditations, Because it can repair your mental health.
  4. Try to question your mind why this? and say no to negative things.
  5. Whenever you overthink and get negative thoughts write it down to your notebook.
So , this are some ways to get rid to your overthinking but these things wants some changes in your daily life.

Yoga - The Healer of Body

Yes Yoga is the healer of  the body but how? 

When we do what's we love we are happy so when we do yoga our body gets heal itself our mood , our mind and the whole body refreshed. That's the power of  yoga. We feel every breath through body, can able to listen our heartbeats , gets streched body easily movable, no worries no stress in mind, everything feels awesome.

1. You have no stress , no anxiety , no depression ...because this issues can seriously harm our body and only yoga is the natural cure.
