Yoga - The Healer of Body

Yes Yoga is the healer of  the body but how? 

When we do what's we love we are happy so when we do yoga our body gets heal itself our mood , our mind and the whole body refreshed. That's the power of  yoga. We feel every breath through body, can able to listen our heartbeats , gets streched body easily movable, no worries no stress in mind, everything feels awesome.


Benefits of Yoga in this Busy Life-

1. You have no stress , no anxiety , no depression ...because this issues can seriously harm our body and only yoga is the natural cure.

2. Today many peoples have diagnosed with very harmful diseases and its main cause is less of physical activities...so by doing some steps of yoga daily you get safe and feel healthy.

3. Our digestive system gets better by yoga...as we know our stomach is the root of diseases like gas acidity.

4.  By doing yoga early in the morning, our brain activities improves and it's important to achieve greatness in life.

5.  Reliefs in daily headaches. There are many peoples who got daily headaches, for that type of peoples yoga helps and relief you as soon.

6.  When season changes our body's behaviour also changed and we gets sick. Solution is yoga.

7.  Arthritis (pain in various part of body) pain cure by daily practice.
